AUSTRALIA WIDE SHIPPING:
Orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday within 24 hrs of placing the order. If you place your order on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday it will be shipped the following Monday. Orders placed during public holidays will be shipped the following business day.
Your order will be shipped via our chosen carrier for a flat fee of $10. All orders over $75 are shipped for FREE so you can take advantage of this to have enough packs on hand for your monthly needs.
We ship internationally with a maximum total order weight of 2kg. Orders will be shipped via Australia Post Pack and Track Service. You can track your shipment via by entering your tracking number which we will provide to you by email when your order has been processed.
All overseas customers are responsible for customs and duties payable in your respective country.
No refunds will be accepted for items returned due to unclaimed packages or unpaid taxes and duties. International orders usually take about 10 -14 business days for delivery so please take this into account when ordering.
If you have not received your order within a reasonable amount of time (approx. 10 -14 business days), please contact us to initiate a track and trace inquiry.
PACKETS (Bread and Latte mixes):
Our products are totally natural so they do not contain any preservatives.
So we recommend that the packets be stored in the fridge to retain their wonderful nutrients and extend their product life. Especially if you live in a warm climate.
Your baked bread can be stored in the fridge for up to 7 days or it can be sliced and then frozen for
4 weeks. Once you defrost the bread please consume within 3 days and store in the fridge during this time. Our bread defrosts really well so you don’t need to toast it if you don't want to.
Hint: To save yourself time, you can bake the bread in small cup cake moulds and freeze. Then you can grab and go as needed.
If things go wrong...
We have every confidence that you will love our products. But once in a while life throws a curve ball and you may not be satisfied with your order or we may not have lived up to expectations. If that happens please give us a call because we are as passionate about customer service as we are about our products. Care and attention is given to packing and dispatching your product so that it reaches you in good condition. If your package has not reached you within a reasonable time (remember metro delivery and regional delivery times vary) and you suspect that your order has gotten lost please contact us so we can follow up with Australia Post.
